Emphasis is placed on the basic concepts, terminology, and techniques necessary for CAD applications. Topics include: history of drafting, safety practices, geometric terms/media sizes, hardware and software care and use, basic entities, CAD commands, line relationships, basic CAD applications, and geometric construction.
