Introduces algebraic concepts and operations, which will be applied to the study of college algebra. Topics include: number theory, signed numbers, order of operations, simplifying algebraic expressions, factoring, equations, simultaneous equations, inequalities graphing techniques, and radical expressions. Homework assignments reinforce classroom learning.
