This class contains hands on, live fire training and other physical y demanding fire fighting activities. Topics include: Life Safety Ropes and Equipment, Portable Fire Extinguishers, Sprinkler Operations, Water Supplies, Alarm and Detection Systems, Fire Tactics and Safety, Foam Fire Streams, Ground Cover/Wildland Fires, Class A Fires, Dumpster Fires, Vehicle Fires, Structural Fires, Emergency Response to Fires, Practical Testing/Study Groups, and Written Testing. Hours: Class/Week 2 Lab/Week 2 Credit 3 Prerequisites: FSC 102, Minimum Grade: C, and FSC 103, Minimum Grade: C
