Prerequisites: full admission into Teacher Education for Holistic Child Program, EDUC 480. Completion of 300-level courses in The Holistic Child Program. Co-requisite: EDUC 496. This course is an introduction to theory, knowledge, and strategies for classroom management for educators who work with early childhood and special needs students. Focus is on organizing the classroom, rules and procedures, and student behavior in three areas: general, problems, and special groups.
