Considers the relationships between location and cost in the context of the classic transportation problem and other location models in transportation. Examines project cost/benefit evaluation, urban travel demand modeling, transportation pricing, and issues of accessibility and economic opportunity. Prerequisite: ECON 2302 or equivalent.
