Focuses on concepts and methods for decision making in transportation based on both geographic and economic factors. Considers the relationships between location and cost in the context of the classic transportation problem and other location models in transportation. Examines project cost/benefit evaluation, urban travel demand modeling, transportation pricing, and issues of accessibility and economic opportunity. Prerequisite: ECON 2302 or equivalent.
