spring. Provides a set of practical activities to complement the Animal Nutrition course. Focuses on the application of nutritional principles of animal feeding, nutritional value of feed ingredients and methods of assessment. Principles of ration formulation and practice will be emphasized. Students will receive different feed samples to analyze for dry matter, fiber, digestibility, nitrogen and nitrogen fractions. Prerequisite or corequisite: ANSC 336.
