This is a required course for music majors. This course parallels Theory II, and continues study of singing melodies at sight and improving the student?s ability to write music while it is being dictated on the piano. Ear training with micro-computers is included. Subjects include harmonic progressions, dominant seventh chords, the leading tone chord and modulations. Concurrent enrollment in MUSI 1212 is required. Prerequisite: CPT Reading 61, MUSI 1216.
