This is a study of the operations and control of manufacturing or service entities. It follows Production Operations Management (MNGT 3340). Principal topics are aggregate planning, inventory management, material requirements planning, just-in-time systems, supply chain management, operations scheduling, project management, and quality control. The case-studies approach is used to examine much of the material and includes oral presentations, critiques, and written reports.
