The course teaches basic yoga techniques, including the alignment and form of the postures, breath awareness methods, and meditation techniques that lead to a feeling of inner peace and a natural state of relaxation. The course also incorporates a powerful system to investigate and dissolve stressful thought patterns in order to release creativity and effectiveness.
