Includes a weekly seminar and a supervised clinical internship. Students receive opportunities for skill development related to concurrent course topics. Each student is required to complete and document approximately 300 clock-hours of service in an approved athletic-training setting under the supervision of a licensed trainer. To be eligible for graduation and state licensure, a student must document a minimum of 1800 clock-hours in six or more consecutive semesters. Prerequisite: Approval of the instructor. (Fall, odd-numbered years)
