This course presents an overview of personal finance issues and provides resource information and experience with financial planning software. Topics covered include financial record keeping , budgeting, tax planning, consumer credit, spending decisions, purchasing insurance, selecting investments, and retirement and estate planning. Computer applications. This course counts as an elective towards total graduation hours, but it does not count as a business school or finance elective.
