CRT HRS:05 LEC HRS:04 LAB HRS:02 This course provides the articulating student paramedic the opportunity to examine the role of the professional nurse; make application of a systematic problem solving process and critical thinking skills which includes a focus on the adult population in selected settings; and competency in knowledge, judgment, nursing skills, and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. Prerequisite: Admission to the Associate Degree Nursing Paramedic to RN Option Track with a non-encumbered paramedic license; administrative approval. Concurrent enrollment in RNSG 1163 and RNSG 1301.
