Emphasis on applications. Previously MATH 108. Prerequisite: Math 099 (2.0 or better) or Math 097 AND Math 098 (2.0 or better) or a score of 85 or higher on the Algebra COMPASS test AND placement into English 100 or ESL 100. Student option grading.
