Specific authors studied will include Jorge Luis Borges, Octavio Paz, Sor Juana Inez de la Cruz, Julio Cortazar, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Pablo Neruda, Juan Rulfo, and others. Previously ENG 234/ENG 234W. Prerequisite: ENGL& 101, or equivalent with instructor permission. Dual listed as IASTU 234. Student option grading.
