This is the first course in a series of three consecutive courses in periodontology, and provides fundamental knowledge in the field of dental hygiene. Previously DENHY 103. Prerequisite: Admission to the Dental Hygiene Program and satisfactory progress in the program. All First Year students are required to take this course. Mandatory decimal grading.
