Emphasis will be placed on organizational design, management of innovation, strategic decision-making, control systems, group dynamics, motivation, leadership and a survey of normative managerial literature. The course will strive to strike a balance between quantitative and qualitative management tools. Prerequisite: BSAD 1301.
