This course focuses on the analysis of the firm's external and internal environment in order to achieve competitive advantage and earn above-average returns. Students explore business and corporate-level strategies, competitive rivalry, acquisitions and restructuring, alliances, corporate governance, organizational structure and controls, international strategy, entrepreneurial attitude in competitive planning, and strategic change through leadership. Prerequisites: ACCT 2301, ECON 2301, and MATH 3330.
