Explores how entrepreneurial ventures are formed, specifically in the early stages as commercially viable ideas are transformed into venture plans. Students explore idea generation, innovation, behaviors of entrepreneurs, the venture creation process, feasibility analysis, and venture planning; and they write a venture plan for an existing idea or for a new opportunity they wish to analyze and pursue.
