Review and extension of grammatical concepts and vocabulary. Reading of Spanish and Spanish-American literature, practical conversation, and writing. Class work is individual as well as group-oriented. Emphasis is placed on comprehension, appreciation, and interpretation of the Hispanic culture. Three hours lecture per week.
