Examines the psychological impact of work on the individual through a study of the nature of work, job satisfaction, motivation, communication, behavioral styles, and career development. Students will assess individual personality traits, learning styles, work skills, and develop career goals. In addition, students will be guided through the portfolio compilation process to enable them to develop a portfolio of work and life learning for credit evaluation. Prerequisite: limited to students enrolling in the BAAS program.
