Specific topics to be covered will include: the software development process, trends in computer science research, the peer review process, quality evaluation of sources, IEEE publication guidelines, the IEEE style manual, and the portfolio development process. This course fulfills the requirement for UNIV 201: Research in an Academic Discipline as specified in SWAU's Quality Enhancement Plan. (Fall)
