A continuation of BUAD 311 giving consideration to the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code, laws relating to business organizations, and other selected legal topics pertaining to business operations. This course covers materials tested on the CPA exam. (Spring) to develop and implement specific projects. Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) may be used as a means for accomplishing the practical aspects of the course. Lec & Lab. (Fall)
