Discussion of the effect that culture may have on a patient's acceptance of the principles of nutrition in relation to renal disease. Prerequisite: DIATC 124 and 126 with a minimum C grade; concurrent enrollment in AHE 101, 109, and ENGL 170 or Department Chair permission.
