Prereq: NURS 210, NURS 211, NURS 214 Total Clock Hours: 30 (theory) Synthesis of advanced nursing concepts in nursing practice, according to the Roy Adaptation Model Physiological and Psychosocial Modes. Nursing law, ethical responsibilities and cultural awareness will be explored. Basic leadership skills in working with groups and critical thinking strategies are emphasized, with a focus on selfcare to optimize professional performance. The service-connected learning project will culminate in a student teaching project at the end of the quarter.
