This course examines the decision process of issuing credit as well as collection techniques in dealing with delinquent accounts will be studied. Principles of credit evaluation, opened credit, marketing bank services, collection policies and procedures, legal aspects, financial statements analysis, direct and indirect installment lending, leasing and other special situations, installment credit department management, insurance, and rate structure and yields are discussed.
