Emphasis will be placed on establishing positive interpersonal relations which could apply to work, family, and social environments. Topics covered will include conflict resolution, leadership skills, interpersonal communication, teamwork problem solving, decision making, cross-cultural relations, individual differences, motivating others, stress management, and job search and management skills. Does not count toward major in "Psychology."
