In this era of "downsizing" and "rightsizing" brought on by internationcompetition and globization of every part of our American way of life, it is critical that managers at every level understand and use the principles of economics to aid in making sound decisions. The objective of this module is to provide adult learners with a sound foundation of economic principles and theory that can be used in making managerial decisions that relate to resource allocation.
