This introductory programming course emphasizes the fundamentals of event-driven programming using the Java programming language. Object-oriented strategies and structured techniques are utilized in designing and developing computer programs for graphic and Web purposes. Students learn how to use the capabilities of the Java language to create graphic and text based programs.
