MANAGEMENT This course examines the dynamic field of production and the management of the entire supply chain. Major areas of study include purchasing's role in the organization, global sourcing, new models for supplier involvement and management, and new product development. The role of purchasing and total quality management is a pervasive theme throughout the course. Students are exposed to the theoretical and practical issues to prepare them for the National Association of Purchasing Managers (NAPM) certification exam.
