OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT This course acquaints students with the fundamentals of operations management in both goods and services industries. The course recognizes the changing face of operations, from an internally-focused supportive function to a strategic part of the enterprise value chain. The course explores five major areas: process analysis, total quality management, alternative production systems, supply chain management, and new product development.
