An advanced course allowing the student to complete an independent research project or scholarly investigation which demonstrates mastery of methodology appropriate to the student's field of study. As part of the course, the student will also prepare and present a portfolio representing the student's achievements and progress within the discipline (for example, academic papers, journalistic publications, literary works, videos of teaching, presentations, or performances, and so on). Prerequisite: permission of program chair. Offered Fall, Spring, and Summer Semester.
