Prerequisites: Placement in MATH 060, ENGL 060, and instructor permission. A lecture-lab course to build upon skills learned in WELD 120. Work habits and safety are emphasized. Advanced joint configurations are cut, fit, and welded in all positions with common manual and semiautomatic cutting and welding processes. 8 lecture hours; 16 lab hours. Vocational program course. May be used as a general elective in the AA degree.
