SUMMER Prerequisite: SOCI 101 (freshman/sophomore) or 361 (junior/senior). Provides an in-depth examination of the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency. Included in the examination are analyses of types of delinquency, measurement of delinquency, theories of delinquency causation and the juvenile justice system. Includes field trips and class visitations from professionals who work with juveniles.
