SPRING Prerequisite: SOWK 483 taken concurrently; Social Work major; cum GPA of 2.7 in social work courses; no remaining incompletes in social work courses. Integrates classroom knowledge and skills with real world social agency tasks and processes student experiences in the practicum. Because the student will be asked to perform different tasks at this stage in practicum learning, the content of the seminar will likewise change. Continued emphasis on application and fit of social work values in the real world.
