FALL Prerequisites: SOWK 460, 461, 462. How to piece together a unified service response to a consumer in a political and economic context that shapes a fragmented, competitive and incomplete service system. How to understand and respect the dignity of consumers and colleagues when orchestrating and managing divergent perspectives, needs and interests. This course differs from the previous methods courses in its focus on knowledge and skills related to case management.
