Graded Pass/No Credit. Prerequisites: All courses in physical therapy are restricted to students accepted into the program. This is the first of three courses designed to introduce the student to evidence-based practice and the process of critical inquiry. These courses will prepare the student to become a knowledgeable consumer of research and the professional literature as it relates to the practice of physical therapy. In this course the student will develop competence in identifying, locating, retrieving, understanding and applying the principles of research to the practice of physical therapy.
