Prerequisites: All courses in physical therapy are restricted to students accepted into the program. This course will provide the student with opportunities to explore specific topic areas in depth using the four practice patterns described in the Guide to Physical Therapist Practice: musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary and integumentary patterns. Specific course content will be offered in a variety of practice arenas to provide the participant with an opportunity to increase knowledge and skills in physical therapy practice. The behaviors and attitudes expected at the doctoral level will also be addressed.
