Prerequisite: Admission to the MOT program and successful completion of all course work in the professional curriculum to this point. This course provides an overview of human disease and injury processes occurring throughout the lifespan. The etiology, course, prognosis, treatment and management of each condition will be explored. The content of course material will be investigated within the framework of human occupation emphasizing the impact of disease and injury on occupational performance and quality of life.
