FALL/WINTER This course is designed to be an introduction to health and wellness. Foundations are laid in nutrition, physical activity and fitness, stress management, substance abuse, disease and injury prevention, sexually transmitted diseases and environmental health issues, among others. In addition, skills are taught to enhance the student's ability to make health behavior changes.
