SPRING Prerequisites: ENGL 201 and 205. ENGL 305 is strongly recommended, as well as familiarity with a word processing program. A study of the software documentation process. In collaboration with students in CSCD 451, students acquire practical experience in developing document plans and then implementing them in the design and composition of printed user manuals and online help. In addition, students become acquainted with current issues in the field of software user education.
