Prerequisites: ENGR 210 or concurrent enrollment in ENGR 210, or permission of instructor . This course introduces modeling, characterization and application of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits. It includes the development of models for circuit-level behavior of diodes, bipolar transistors, field effect transistors and op-amps and applies the models to the analysis and design of linear amplifiers.
