Prerequisite: A minimum grade of 2.7 in CSCD 421; Advancement Programming Exam Clearance and Advancement in Major. This course analyzes syntactic structures as applied to context free and type three grammars. It examines theoretical development of parsing schema as well as practical applications in implementing such strategies. Programming assignments, oral presentations and written reports are required.
