1 credit This course builds upon written and oral communication skills to prepare senior dietetic students for success in obtaining a dietetic internship. Topics covered include resume and cover letter writing skills in preparation for the internship and careers. Students utilize a variety of media to build upon interviewing skills and portfolio presentation. The code of ethics for dieticians and emotional intelligence are highlighted to help students succeed in their internships and careers. Methods for dietetic registration and continuing education are discussed. Prerequisite: Admission to the MSN//DPD program
