Human resource management techniques are introduced, as well as labor relations, law and financial management. Students study program planning, assessment, and quality improvement and are introduced to health care systems. The impact of effective leadership on the dietetics profession is discussed, and students assess leadership abilities. Prerequisite: admission to BSN/DPD program
