2 credits This course covers the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of allergy in its many forms. Food, plant, environment, hydrocarbon and other types are presented. Considered are such topics as masked allergies, allergic adaptation, challenge testing, rotation diets, environmental medicine clinics, fasting and various laboratory tests for allergies (i.e., skin, sublingual, intradermal and blood). Prerequisite: Concurrent with clinic shifts
