Outlines the procedures to follow to prepare for the Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) tests in Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW). Students receive instruction in the equipment setup, base and filler metal selection, and pipe layout and fitting procedures. Corequisite:WELD 268. Prerequisite: WELD 164 and 165 or permission of instructor.
