An exploration of the broad arena of debate and decision-making generally designated as public policy, through an examination of a selected set of problems and issues identified as proper concerns from a social justice perspective, developing and presenting a defense of these problems and issues, and anticipating the likely outcomes i.e., who are winners and losers if a given problem/ issue becomes translated into public policy.
