Topics include Texas Transportation Code, intoxicated driver, Texas Penal Code, elements of crimes, Texas Family Code, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, and civil liability. This is a TCLEOSE-approved sequencing course to satisfy requirements to sit for the Basic Peace Officer licensure exam in addition to obtaining an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree andapproval of the department chair.
