Four hours credit. Instruction in commercial wiring methods. The student will interpret electrical blueprints/drawings; compute the circuit sizes and overcurrent protections needed for the installation of branching circuits, feeders, and service entrance conductors; explain the proper installation of wiring devices according to electrical codes; demonstrate grounding methods; and identify commercial wiring methods including conduit bending. Three lecture and two lab hours each week. Lab fee.
