3 hours Prerequisite: PSYC 1030 with a grade of B or better. A course in which students will discuss and apply modern organizational leadership theories and business management and leadership practices in business cases, management scenarios, and role plays. The course is modeled on the "leader, follower, and situation"framework adopted within many leadership models. Students will learn how these contextual variables of leadership interact and will develop competencies and skills in dealing with each.
